Void

Void is an office for an interior design studio in Taichung City, Taiwan. The two story building has 63 square meters on each floor, for a total of 126 square meters. A 7.5 meter high indoor patio stands at the entrance and forms the core of the plan. The patio brings daylight into the interior and links the areas together. Invisible iron windows are used as curtain walls, adding safety and visual depth. The meeting table takes the form of a kitchen island cabinet, and open cabinets display building materials, so the meeting room also serves as a sample room.

Mok

Mok is an office space designed for a design studio. The project occupies 155 square meters within an office building in Changle District, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, and was completed in September 2020. The layout combines private work areas with zones for reception and interaction. A suspended ceiling simulates a patio, adding visual depth and acting as a landscape within the interior. A calm Oriental character is joined with contemporary forms and structures. The intent is a relaxed atmosphere that supports communication and shared work.

Urban Patio

Urban Patio is an office interior located on a narrow site in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Two square volumes are inserted to break the long narrow layout and to enclose a central atrium that preserves the existing trees. Circular skylights in the roof bring in daylight and views, so the space changes with the seasons. The office screen is made of glass with a waterfall texture. The atrium floor and walls are made of stable, waterproof and recyclable plastic wood. The plan of 400 square meters holds work areas, meeting rooms, a patio and a lounge.

Fintech Co-working

Fintech Office is a co-working interior of 980 square meters designed for a financial technology brand in Beijing. A spiral staircase was generated with parametric design software, so the pattern of its surface reflects the aesthetics of the digital era. A cast concrete installation forms a waterfall and a pool with copper ducklings, bringing a water feature indoors in a city with long cold winters. Simple materials create a relaxed working atmosphere. Varied functions and activities extend the office space into surrounding urban life.

Star of Tomorrow

Star of Tomorrow is an office interior designed for a corporate headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan. The 466 square meter project includes an entrance hall, dance classrooms, studios, a multifunctional exhibition hall, a light food cafe and a rest area for guests. White walls and ceilings and cement floors with original texture reserve room for future displays. Meeting rooms and recreational areas can be changed to other uses by moving the furniture, so later rebuilding is avoided. Metal arc walls and lighting mark the entry to the main office area.

Rurutiki In White Earth

Rurutiki In White Earth is an office space designed for an e-commerce company in Puncak Alam, Malaysia. The interior covers 1105 square meters. The theme follows the story of a horse named Rurutiki running across a white earth and passing jungle, oasis and ocean scenery. Earth tones are used throughout, with wood, stone, plant, oasis, ocean and coral colors. Curved walls and ceilings repeat the arc of a horseshoe, shaped in plate moldings and finished with white cement plaster. Real and artificial plants are combined to create a calm and natural work environment.

Novelty Sprouts

Novelty Sprouts is an office interior design for a company headquarters in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The lobby combines a polished marble floor with a silver fox stone wall in a minimal style. A showcase with a glass wall displays company trophies and opens the view into the international conference hall. The conference room can be divided by a soundproof mobile partition wall of grey back painted glass. A half outdoor courtyard, a bar section and a lounge were added. Roller blinds soften the natural light. A tree pattern on the main wall is partly hollow to let daylight pass through.

Huge Engine and Dedicated

Huge Engine and Dedicated is an office space located in a high rise building in Kunming, China. The interior covers 3,200 square meters and contains independent offices, open work areas, meeting rooms, a reception area and rest zones. Glass partitions increase transparency, while large metal surfaces on the ceiling reflect neutral light. A linear light bar, marble and iridescent glass mark the entrance, and the rest area is made of wood and leather. The layout divides the staff into five groups, each with a brainstorming area, so that focused work and collaboration are both supported.

AI Group

AI Group is an office interior located in Taipei, Taiwan, and completed in November 2019. The project covers three floors and accommodates 122 employees. A marble lobby leads to warmer working areas on the upper levels. A glazed library and a floating staircase span two floors and link them visually. Materials include marble, slate, wood and glass. Meeting rooms are furnished with white marble tables, while low pile carpet on the access paths reduces noise. A stone installation of 77 characters from a classical poem is placed in the main lounge.

Corn Design

Corn Design is an office interior created for a young design team in Ningbo, China. The project covers 1300 square metres and is planned as an open and dynamic workspace. A sharing hall stands at the centre as an independent box for meetings and the exchange of ideas. Seats in the hall rise like stairs, and stools in various colours are placed around them. Materials include terrazzo, square carpet, sintered stone and sound absorbing boards. A green plant wall and anti-noise spray improve comfort. Staff can decorate their own work areas.

Purity

Purity is an office interior located in Danshui, Taiwan, with a floor area of 62 square meters. The space contains an office, a meeting room, a material showroom and a restroom. A white color scheme and simple lines define the interior, while two-tone flooring marks each area. Coatings made with natural lime powder and natural minerals help regulate humidity in the rainy local climate. Floor-to-ceiling glass at the entrance opens the interior to daylight. The entrance is set back by 40 centimeters to shelter visitors from rain.

Acronis Sofia office area, spreads over 5 floors in one of the most progressive office buildings in Sofia, NV Tower. Helen Koss Interiors was tasked to developed an office design based on the company's brand identity. The development of the layout and the design was done via online workshops with collaboration of multiple teams within the company located worldwide. The design team implemented the highest standards of finishes, security features, hygiene and innovation. The inspiration for illumination in recreation and collaboration areas was drawn from the mesmerizing works of James Turrell.
