Novelty Sprouts
Novelty Sprouts is an office interior design for a company headquarters in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The lobby combines a polished marble floor with a silver fox stone wall in a minimal style. A showcase with a glass wall displays company trophies and opens the view into the international conference hall. The conference room can be divided by a soundproof mobile partition wall of grey back painted glass. A half outdoor courtyard, a bar section and a lounge were added. Roller blinds soften the natural light. A tree pattern on the main wall is partly hollow to let daylight pass through.
Novelty Sprouts Office Space by CHOU, YU- HAO was highlighted as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Novelty Sprouts Office Space won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
