Loffting
This is an apartment for a big modern family. The main customer was a man who has a wife and three children, all of the boys. That is why the preference in design was given to laconic geometry and natural materials. This is how the main “Lofting” concept appeared. The main materials were chosen to be wood, natural stone, and concrete. Most of the lighting was built-in. Only the living room had a large chandelier above the dining place as a focal point.
Loffting Apartment by Stanislav Zainutdinov was selected as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Loffting Apartment earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize which recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
