Dowell Insight
Dowell Insight is a sales center that combines classical British style with modern design under the theme of Afternoon Tea in Kensington. The red brick facade draws on British red brick buildings, and soft furnishings in the same color decorate the interior. The symmetrical lobby uses arranged lighting matrixes to outline the image of the Union Flag. An arched partition separates the negotiation area, where red chairs, a black couch and a golden tea table form a relaxing space for conversation. The project covers 1300 square meters.
Dowell Insight Sales Center by Yi Tonghua has been highlighted as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Dowell Insight Sales Center won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition which recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
