Cr Land Park Lane Complex is a private club interior created for a luxury residential development in the central business district of Dongguan, China. The interior covers about 4,465 square meters and includes a coffee area, a private dining hall and a yoga studio. Materials include Jiaya green stone, Gucci black slab, Gucci red velvet, natural wood and orange leather. Monet Garden stone and North American walnut are used in some areas. Separated circulation routes and acoustic treatment keep business, family and leisure activities apart.
Cr Land Park Lane Complex Interior Design by Beijing Jin Zhaohui Design Co., Ltd. was identified as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Cr Land Park Lane Complex Interior Design earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026.
