Pure Realm
Pure Realm is a residence designed for coexistence between people and pets. The home of 446.28 square meters unfolds around a central courtyard where a dog can roam safely. Separate front and rear volumes divide guest and family circulation, balancing privacy and openness. A double-height living room with expansive glazing brings in daylight and reduces the need for artificial light. A spiral staircase forms the vertical core, and covered walkways link the parking area to the residence. Steel structure, rice husk and mineral-based coatings lower the carbon footprint.
Pure Realm Residential by Wei Hsiang Mao was recognized as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Pure Realm Residential was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition which rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
