Nex One Park View
Nex One Park View is a mixed use building on Cidade Jardim Avenue in Sao Paulo, Brazil, near Parque do Povo, Marginal Pinheiros, and Faria Lima. The tower is composed of three volumes connected by an exoskeleton and combines corporate, residential, and leisure spaces. Biophilic elements bring nature into the design and reflect the nearby park. Energy efficiency, high-performance glass, and stormwater management are included, and the building holds LEED Core and Shell v4.0 certification.
Nex One Park View Mixed Use Building by Rogerio Castro Conde has been selected as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Nex One Park View Mixed Use Building was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2025. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that rewards excellent design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
