Tree
The complex supports tech startups and provides a space for learning and growth. Inspired by nature, the designer has preserved an old tree as a symbol of growth and interaction, creating a workspace on two floors and a cafe. Below street level, it interacts with its surroundings. The lighting, the cafe ceiling is like a Sama dance, and the concrete facade are unique, while the challenges of the entrance stairs resemble musical notes. Each part of the design has a specific idea that the designer uses to enhance the cultural and aesthetic appeal, using handmade materials and other elements.
Tree Building Design by Mahdi Ghiasy has been identified as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Tree Building Design earned the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2025. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award which celebrates superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
