Mesa On 51
Mesa On 51 is a bar lounge interior located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The design is built around triangular geometric elements inspired by the pyramid form, chosen to suggest strength, balance and modernity. The triangles appear in both structural and decorative parts, made with precision-cut metal frames and panels. The material palette combines rose gold metallic finishes with black velvet surfaces, creating a clear contrast. Purple spotlights and laser effects shape the atmosphere. The lounge covers 3200 square feet and arranges seating areas around a central bar.
Mesa On 51 Bar Lounge by VINCENT YEE was recognized as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Mesa On 51 Bar Lounge was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
