King Mo Jewelry Store

King Mo

King Mo is a jewelry store that gathers several jewelry brands within one interior. The design is based on the idea of an accumulation of gems. The ceiling is formed by white steel rods arranged along mathematical curves, creating a three-dimensional pattern that appears to change with the viewing angle. Each rod has a diameter of 80 millimeters and holds lighting and sprinkler systems inside. The rods were numbered and installed in order, as their lengths vary. The store covers 1200 square meters, of which about 500 square meters are common areas.

King Mo Jewelry Store by Masato Kure was featured as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. King Mo Jewelry Store earned the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award that celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
