Xiangkai Shangcheng Yu Garden Community Clubhouse

Xiangkai Shangcheng Yu Garden

Xiangkai Shangcheng Yu Garden is a community clubhouse located in Kuiwen District, Weifang, China. The interior covers 2000 square metres and was completed in May 2023. Simple circular forms and curved surfaces shape the space. Elements drawn from forests, grasses, seeds and fireflies form a miniature ecosystem. A glowing forest, a plant wall and a biological corridor show the variety of living species. The lower floor holds a fitness centre with a yoga room, a machine training area and a swimming pool. The design links health, nature and daily community life.

Xiangkai Shangcheng Yu Garden Community Clubhouse by Zhijun Zhong was selected as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Xiangkai Shangcheng Yu Garden Community Clubhouse won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
