Fortune A15
Fortune A15 is a duplex apartment interior located in Mumbai, India. The 500 square meter home is arranged over two levels of 250 square meters each, linked by a sculptural staircase with motion sensor lighting and a tensioned metal wire railing. Large window openings guide the spatial planning and bring daylight into the rooms. Neutral colors, stone flooring and custom veneer create a cohesive look, while accent walls give each area its own character. Sliding pocket doors keep the flow between spaces open.
Fortune A15 Duplex Apartment by Naved Patel has been featured as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award.
