Woyun Platform
The Woyun Platform is the entrance exhibition center of the Giant Panda National Park, taking the geological features of local bamboo forests, mists, and glacier debris as architectural imageries. The bamboo forest on the ground floor is used as a rural living room, which is a feedback to the surrounding villages; the suspended mists in the middle is used as a cultural display space; the debris on the top is used as a leisure space.
Woyun Platform Public Building by Archermit has been featured as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Woyun Platform Public Building won the Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2024. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program which rewards outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
