Splendid View
Splendid View is a group of six villas built in Linkou, Taiwan. Each villa has four and a half floors, a private elevator and a garage on the ground floor. The structure is reinforced concrete, and the site area is 975.2 square meters. The materials include low-emissivity laminated glass, Viscount White stone, Japanese wood grilles and kiln-fired wood pattern tiles. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bring daylight into the interior. Planting on the balconies and in a green corridor raises the green coverage to 40 percent.
Splendid View Residence Building by ZIZU ARKI Development and Construction was highlighted as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award.
