T10 Shopping Mall
T10 Shopping Mall is a family oriented shopping center located in the core business district of Zhongyuan, Zhengzhou, China. The interior serves a population of 1.7 million people within a radius of 3 kilometers. The design compares the growth of a family to the division of cells, and each floor represents a different stage of growth linked to a different group of shops. Sinuous curves outline the space and connect the levels. The project is a renewal of an older closed commercial building, and offers a warm and comfortable place for families of all ages.
T10 Shopping Mall Shopping Center by Alex Chiang has been featured as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. T10 Shopping Mall Shopping Center earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program that rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
