Alina
Alina is a two-story private house with a total built area of 480 square meters. Several styles are combined, and the forms, colors and materials are chosen to reflect the emotions and personality of the client. Industrial metal, glass, concrete, stone and wood are the main materials. A glazed corridor placed before the entrance limits the entry of cold and heat. A smart system controls the electronic devices and the lighting through a simple application. A smart water supply system eases irrigation across the whole house.
Alina House by Fatemeh Fooladi has been highlighted as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Alina House received the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2023. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award that celebrates exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
