Purity Ring
Purity Ring is a retail store interior design completed in Shenzhen. A large glass front allows the metal petals inside to open toward the mall like a stage set. The petals are made of stainless steel fixed to an internal angle steel framework. A white curtain and a rammed earth surface behind it give the communication area an open feeling. The waiting area and the cash desk are joined by a curve. The fitting room is placed on steps at the end of the space, and the seating takes the form of a T-shaped platform.
Purity Ring Boutique by GUANG ZHANG has been highlighted as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Purity Ring Boutique won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade which recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
