CR Land Runcheng
CR Land Runcheng is a sales center located in Hefei, China, with an area of 1100 square meters. The interior is based on a composition of dots, lines and planes, avoiding flashy and stereotypical elements. A curved and intertwined art installation in the lobby suggests a wheel of time and space, linking ancient and modern Hefei. Bright crystal lampposts in a cascading arrangement enhance transparency and openness, echoing the modern furniture. The study offers a quiet corner with soft, sculptural curves. Materials include metal, marble, leather, crystal and glaze.
CR Land Runcheng Sales Center by Kelly Lin was recognized as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. CR Land Runcheng Sales Center won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade which celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
