Exotic Baseball
Exotic Baseball is a hot pot restaurant interior with a total area of 654.5 square meters. Rough cement, red brick and rusted iron are used as the main materials, in light gray and dark red tones. H-shaped steel bars support the structure, and undried cement was splashed on the exterior walls to form uneven patterns. A logo light shaped like a home plate is placed on a brick wall. The first floor holds counters, a kitchen and booths. The second floor has three private rooms with sliding doors and an outdoor terrace.
Exotic Baseball Restaurant by CHING-HSIAO CHIU has been selected as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Exotic Baseball Restaurant was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition that rewards superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
