Kuromon Ichiban
Kuromon Ichiban is a Japanese restaurant designed for yakitori cuisine and night dining. The interior departs from traditional Japanese decoration and uses courtyard style installations and careful transitions between spaces. Wooden structures, tables and chairs set the main tone and give a natural feeling. Walls, ceilings and floors are treated in a hidden manner, and the elevated kitchen makes the cooking visible from every corner. The total floor area is 198 square meters. Two entrances, one facing a mall and one facing the street, are designed in different styles.
Kuromon Ichiban Dining Space Design by Qian Li was featured as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Kuromon Ichiban Dining Space Design received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award which honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
