Tipsy Paradise Casa
Tipsy Paradise Casa is a residential villa interior covering 1400 square metres. The plan places a ring-shaped wine cellar at the centre of the home. Banquet, reception and recreation areas are arranged around the cellar, so each area sits next to the wine cabinets. The central floor of the first level is opened so that daylight reaches the underground level. An arc-shaped outer ring and a curved stainless steel reflective surface reduce the visual pressure of the low ceiling and the beams. Solid wood, metal plate and ceramic board are used.
Tipsy Paradise Casa Residential Villa by Chen.chiawen has been identified as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Tipsy Paradise Casa Residential Villa was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
