Montage Fantasia
Montage Fantasia is a residential interior design for a single storey apartment in a metropolitan area. Mirrors, linear lamp belts and symmetrical axes extend the perceived height and depth of the home. A virtual attic is formed on the living room ceiling. The television wall combines laser projection technology with an electric lifting system. The dining area integrates display, storage and lighting to conceal the kitchen entrance and the beams and columns. Bedrooms are planned for female residents of different ages, with areas for clothing storage, dressing, reading and sleeping.
Montage Fantasia Residential by Fang Ming Lo was recognized as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Montage Fantasia Residential was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
