The chef's flagship restaurant, the most famous chef in israel, was born out of the chef's desire to actualize all his personal fantasies-serve dishes that seemed like a work of art. The restaurant was inspired by galleries and artistic representatives with a huge iron library that accompanied the entire space of the restaurant up to the gallery floor. In a library of artefacts collected from around the world, the shoe sculpture of Tom Dixon in which the chef served a special dish for an official dinner by the Israel Prime Minister and Japanese Prime Minister.
Segevart Restaurant by GUY SIROTA was featured as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Segevart Restaurant received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design award which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
