Guangzhou Science City LN Residence

Neighbors Science City LN Residence is a serviced apartment interior located in a science park in Guangzhou, China. The residence offers units of one, two or three rooms with a living room, ranging from 64 to 140 square meters. Square boxes are used as a design element to reshape the urban neighborhood relationship and to create shared spaces. The same idea continues through the lobby bar, restaurant, gym and multifunction meeting room. New terrazzo is applied for its seamless finish and free color matching. The design aims to offer a warm and social setting for young residents.

Guangzhou Science City LN Residence Apartment by Muchuan Xu has been selected as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Guangzhou Science City LN Residence Apartment was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design prize which honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
