Vanke Golden Mile
Vanke Golden Mile is a sales office interior in Nanning, China. The lobby at the main gate is formed by several geometric acrylic shapes that recall the skyline of Nanning and link local culture with the landscape. A flower shop and a light food shop at the entrance give the space a home-like character. Coffee, baking and children areas are placed on the first floor. The model area, negotiation area and sample room are set on the second floor to use daylight and improve visual openness. Warm wood tones, gray waterstone and vintage flooring form the simple material palette.
Vanke Golden Mile Sales Office by Ping Zhou has been recognized as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Vanke Golden Mile Sales Office was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
