Beyond Oriental
Beyond Oriental is a residential interior design project covering 365 square meters. The design combines Chinese and Japanese elements with clean modern lines. A Japanese-style tea house is placed near the entrance and welcomes family members and guests. In the entrance foyer, a dark brown bronze sculpture stands before a black and gold wall. An arc-shaped bar is made of tea mirrors with a polygonal cut. Materials include stainless steel, marble, thin rock slabs, woodwork, titanium-plated metal and mirror. Seven suites with bathrooms give each family member privacy.
Beyond Oriental Residence by Athens Space Design was selected as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Beyond Oriental Residence received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design award that rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
