Cloud Residence
Cloud Residence is a sales center interior covering 800 square meters. The design takes the rhythm of the ancient city as its theme. Vertical metal lines form the base of the space and recall the character of an ancient walled city. White rhythmic lines wind around the metal lines and open the space towards the sand table area. The white lines are made of GRG, an economical material, and are finished with glossy art paint that shows subtle gradations of light and shade. Curved forms link the interior with the architecture and the landscape.
Cloud Residence Sales Center by Yang Li was highlighted as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Cloud Residence Sales Center was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award that recognizes excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
