Qing Jing Lin Barclay
Qing Jing Lin Barclay is a residential interior design located in Tainan, Taiwan. The design responds to regional culture, urban character and local climate, which guide the space planning and the choice of building materials. Circulation, room arrangement, colour scheme, furniture and decoration are planned around the needs of the residents. An intake ventilation fan with a positive pressure system filters fine particles and uses a direct current motor that lowers electricity use. Building materials allow water to permeate, supporting soil water retention and rainwater discharge.
Qing Jing Lin Barclay Residential Space by Qing Jing Lin Co., Ltd was recognized as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Qing Jing Lin Barclay Residential Space earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize which celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
