135 Jardins
The 135 Jardins Project was designed to be an emblematic residential and commercial enterprise - to become an icon and a landmark among so many buildings already built in the city of Balneario Camboriu (Brazil). Designed in a pure prism, it was designed to be asymmetrical, in which the apartment tower interconnects with its base and retail area; bringing the concept of green areas in all shared use spaces.
135 Jardins Residential Building by Rodrigo Kirck was highlighted as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. 135 Jardins Residential Building received the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2021. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize that celebrates exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
