Airport New City
Airport New City is a sales office interior located in Hangzhou, China. The space covers 1700 square meters and follows a curved design language that matches the surrounding architecture. Rounded forms and soft transitions create a calm atmosphere similar to an art gallery and reduce the visual weight of the dense structural columns. Materials include Spanish glassware, imported microfiber leather, mirror black glass, high-reflectivity stainless steel, straight-grained black oak and neutral gray paint. The result reflects a minimal and future-oriented lifestyle.
Airport New City Sales Office by ZN DESIGN was selected as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Airport New City Sales Office was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition that honors superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
