The One Palace
The One Palace is a show home interior located in Xi'an, China. The residence has two living rooms, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Gray wood finish and natural stone form the main surfaces, while orange leather furniture and metal details add contrast. The living, dining and cooking areas share one open space without partition walls. A sliding door allows the study to stay open or closed. The master bedroom of 46 square meters includes a U-shaped cloakroom. A small bar counter behind the sofa forms a quiet private corner.
The One Palace Model Room by Xukun Real Estate was recognized as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. The One Palace Model Room was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
