Greenland Harper
Greenland Wuhan Harper Riverside is a riverside residential complex in Wuhan, China. The development consists of four super high-rise buildings, two of them 150 m high and two 180 m high. The facade follows the style of public buildings and combines metal aluminium plates, textured cladding and glass curtain walls. A frame-core tube structure places all structural columns outside, so interior spaces have no shear walls and allow flexible layouts. Wide balconies extend the view. Smart ventilation and delivery systems support sustainable living.
Greenland Harper Riverside Residence by Shanghai PTArchitects has been recognized as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Greenland Harper Riverside Residence received the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2021. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program that recognizes superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
