CR Land Linyi MiXC
CR Land Linyi MiXC is a mixed-use complex located in the historical district of Linyi, China. The project includes a retail podium with five floors above ground, an office tower and six apartment towers. A three dimensional park stretches across the blocks, unifying the surrounding urban landscape with nearby cultural spaces. The facade pattern is inspired by the local culture of kite flying and uses a collage of diamond shapes. Green materials improve the thermal performance of the building envelope, and the landscape follows sponge city planning requirements.
CR Land Linyi MiXC Mixed Use by Aico Ltd has been highlighted as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards.
