Crestridge Residence
Crestridge Residence is a single family home created through the full remodel of a dated tract house. The new layout stays within the existing footprint of 2100 square feet on a down-sloping lot of 21,000 square feet. A vertical louver system in natural iron wood with black oxide hardware gives privacy along the front elevation. A vaulted great room and large windows open to a view of the Los Angeles basin. Two private wings at opposite ends of the house allow family and guests to live together with privacy.
Crestridge Residence Single Family Home by Colega Architects has been recognized as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Crestridge Residence Single Family Home received the Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2020. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize which honors outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
