Seeking Deer
Seeking Deer is a sales office located in the central area of Shanghai. The interior is divided into two floors. The first floor holds the hall display area and the conversation area, while the second floor holds the reception and office area. A large-scale floor-to-ceiling window opens the second floor toward the double-height conversation area below. The clear glass creates a visual connection between the two levels. A six meter long installation named Deer of Life is set in the second-floor window area, and guests can see the deer from the first floor.
Seeking Deer Sales Office by Kris Lin has been selected as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Seeking Deer Sales Office earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition which rewards exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
