Radiance Iris
Radiance Iris is a social housing complex located in Bangalore, India. The project contains 77 row-houses arranged along a central spine path with ten branches. Each branch forms a courtyard shared by six homes. Six unit types range from 160 to 250 square meters. A semi-open clubhouse of 1400 square meters stands at the entrance, and an open park with an amphitheatre closes the other end. Ninety percent of the existing trees were preserved.
